1 /Initial consultation
The initial consultation phase is one of the most important stages of the interior design process. The initial consultation stage involves gathering information about my client’s needs, goals, space, and project parameters. As an interior designer, I derive pleasure in helping you transform your space into something you can be proud of from years to come.
Whether through face-to-face, phone, surveys, or online conferences with clients, I strive to gather valuable information relating to the project that can help me in preparing preliminary design schedules, legal restrictions, and budget projections. Using my vast experience, I will help you generate amazing interior design ideas and guide you through any concerns and clarifications that you may have about the interior design process.
2 /Schematic design
The schematic design phase involves refining the interior design goals to produce design concepts and solutions that match my client’s needs. In the schematic design phase, I set a considerable amount of time to brainstorm, ideas with clients and project partners to create design solutions that will blow the client’s mind.
The schematic design involves filtering out unworkable ideas, ensuring that the client remains with the most well-thought-out interior design solutions. As an interior designer, I will prepare schematic drawings with extensive details on space allocations and orientation and how they complement the proposed design. At this phase, I produce graphic visualizations of the entire project, accompanied by budget estimates and projections for a client evaluation and sign-off.
3 /Design development
Once the client signs off on the schematic design, I take care of the design development process with the eye of an experienced designer. The design development phase involves the construction of all the project’s drawing notes, site plans, perspective drawings, ceiling, and floor plans necessary for the execution of the project.
At the end of the design development, I usually present the client with a detailed notion of the interior design project. The design development phase produces the final construction drawing plans that contain written specifications about materials and furnishings necessary to build an extraordinary interior design project.
4 /Purchasing and installation
The purchasing +installation phase brings life to the interior design project. As an interior designer, I take care of all details relating to permits, hiring contractors, and procuring finishing and decorative fixtures.
I will inspect the materials and work that go into your residential or commercial building, ensuring the final project achieves quality standards and is worth your time and money. I know what it means to watch your dreams come to life, so I do my utmost best to help my clients achieve the vision for their space.
5 /Final delivery
I take pride in presenting perfectly designed and executed projects to my clients. As an interior designer, I dedicate my considerable talents to every project to ensure my clients are happy with the final product.
